Paper Abstract:

The introduction of TAFE higher education (HE) degrees in Australia has sparked discussion on their international competitiveness and marketability. As TAFE HE degrees are generally perceived as being lower-ranking than Australian university degrees, marketing them internationally may be challenging. The article proposes that strategic alliance with a brand name American university can be a highly effective vehicle for a TAFE institute to market its HE degree programs internationally. |
