Paper Abstract:      Acquisitions of the student-centered teaching model based on the constructivist theory of learning, and since recently, the development of Web 2.0 and social software, have started to determine new approaches in the development of web-based learning environments. In this paper the framework for further development of adaptive web-based learning system is proposed. Adaptation algorithms that are used for group forming are described, together with the system requirements for new grouping and peer matching criteria based on the usage of Web 2.0 tools.
