The objective of this study was to identify how agricultural industries from the West of Paraná / Brazil, use the possibilities and advantages of new technology and u-commerce, integrated with knowledge management in order to develop and promote their products and services attractiveness, and to consolidate the organization's image in society. To achieve the above goal, the following specific objectives were seeded: a) characterize the structure of u-commerce integrating information technology with marketing in agribusinesses; b) identify the actions and knowledge management, the use of u-commerce integrating information technology with marketing structure used by agribusinesses; c) outline the use of new information technologies to its customers; d) identify possibilities of exploitation of marketing strategies by unifying the use of u-commerce with its customers. The research consisted of 56 (fifty six) agribusinesses divided into 22 (twenty two) municipalities. In this survey the quantitative and qualitative methods, exploratory and descriptive research were used. The research has shown that agribusiness in the West of Paraná / Brazil, does not use or does not know the concept of u-commerce, as a differential regarding customer relationship and support for the marketing structure, integrated with knowledge management. IT is used to optimize and disseminate information. There is still the existence of paradigms, which hold back the understanding and the approach to management trends regarding the basis for decision-making. |
