Paper Abstract:      Nowadays Semantic Web Technology has become one of the popular technologies in web environment. As the Semantic Web provides a suite of technology to enable information representation and computer reasoning, we have been able to automate many of the most challenging, resource intensive and cumbersome aspects of information integration in such a way that the system learns from the data itself as to how they should or would be integrated with other data. Many applications in the web are supported by semantic web. Its components like ontology and semantic web services have important roles in this area. In this paper we introduce a matching system for students and universities. Our research leads to a semantic based system which will provide the best result for matching students and universities for higher education based on the students and universities profiles, policies and priorities. In this system priority is very important. The variety of students and universities information styles make semantic web an applicable technology to design and implement this system. Many factors can affect this matching.
