Paper Abstract:
|
The importance of strategic alignment between business and information technologies/systems is mentioned by various authors. This paper reports a study made in Portuguese secondary and tertiary economical sectors, from the area of Lisbon and Tagus Valley. The study inquires into the existence of alignment and characterizes it. It is also analysed the alignment intervention in the achievement of value and satisfaction with the IT/IS use. |
