Paper Abstract:
|
We hereby introduce a doctoral research project involving a multi-disciplinary approach to create socio-cultural
interfaces for e-learning systems. The interfaces in this project will be adapted according to the preferences and culture of
the users. The modeling of these system interfaces we will use an ontology in order to broaden the specifications of the
users socio-cultural profile. For organizing this interface, the interface menus and objects will take into account the
cultural dimensions of users. The ontology will be developed in OWL-DL, using the Protégé ontology generation tool. |
