Paper Abstract:
|
The purpose of this study is to design a portable security monitoring system that integrates the technologies of mobile
phone, GPS, E-Map and Expert System. The system is called Security Moving and Alarming in Real Time (SMART)
which can automatically detect and raise alarm of unusual activities of outdoor target users in real-time. SMART allows
caregivers to receive warnings as soon as the persons under their care encounter dangerous circumstances. Caregivers
can therefore take appropriate actions before it is too late |
