Paper Abstract:
|
Management literature frequently suggests the use of a set of managerial practice to facilitate the management of change processes. For a public sector organization the change may have some difficulties to appear because of cultural customs. The implantation of a new information system is considered as a monitoring of the activities and its more difficult to simulate then, due to lack of profit. In this case study, we focus on the way of change of employees simulated by an internal change and the development of a healthy competitiveness between employees. |
