Paper Abstract:
|
The objective of this paper is to examine if web communities can provide information about market trend and business
opportunities given a set of services and product providers. Both Portuguese and Spanish languages were used to improve
the results. Information extraction and web crawling were employed to find the most interesting subjects that interest a
group of people. As case study, the web pages of two big enterprises that sell mobile products and services were
analyzed. Their web pages were mapped, and then we evaluated what kind of costumer interest for their subjects and kind
of others interests they have. With the result, it is expected to find relationships and new opportunities to increase
customersÂ’ interest and discover business opportunities. |
