Paper Abstract:
|
Biclustering's techniques applied to microarrays's data provide information that it is not possible to obtain with classical clustering techniques. In this work we show a new methodology of bicluster, based in the parametric model PLAID, using Cross Entropy and Scatter Search techniques to generate possible solutions to be added into the model and a Genetic Algorithm to find more compact final solutions with a better representative biological representation. |
