ICT-based training using E-learning and supported by mobile technologies through the flexibility and facility of access
and of personalization could improve the skills which staff from SMEs need for their work and business. In this paper
after a short presentation of the situation of ICT-based training in SMEs and of training models for them supporting staff
upskilling, an example of an ongoing E-Learning project using also scenarios is given. |
