Paper Abstract:
|
We propose the predicate pivot template (PPT) approach to generate SPARQL from natural language query (NLQ). Our approach combines a rule-based approach for mapping the intention of a question and weighted an attributed predicate RDF (AP-RDF) to measure the importance of each element over a focused snippet dataset. Both approaches are based on the augmentation role of predicates. The rule based emphasize that the intention of a question is determined by predicates. Weighted AP-RDF is initiated by measuring the weight of predicates, further the weight of predicates influence the weight of subjectivity and objectivity of resources. Measuring weighted AP-RDF is chosen locally because the important issue is a question dependent process. The experiments show that PPT approach is a promising approach comparing the other approaches. |
