Paper Abstract:
|
Automating process of machine understandable information with machine is needed urgently because the amount of Webs content is enormous and still increasing at a staggering rate. To realize this, we must transform the Web today into the Semantic Web. In this paper, we point out that the Webs content today is data and information for human, data but not information for machine. The Semantic Webs content generated by KRML is data and information for human, for machine. In terms of these requirements of the Semantic Web, we specify the mechanism of an ideal KRML. |
