Paper Abstract:
|
Social game as a future prevalent service for collaborative work has a huge potential for transforming our work life. Collaborative work has been studied through self-awareness; it has been not yet fully to be discovered by perspective-taking strategy. Construal-level theory as a highly effective way to demonstrate self and other relationship will help to explain how we perceive team member in the two different ways. The lab experiment will be conducted by 2 (first person perspective vs. third person perspective) X 2 (the level of distance between self and other) between-subjects experiment and see how equality or equity theory will be applied. It will also show how we see ourselves in different perspective and give insight for the effective way of doing collaborative work in virtual reality. |
