Paper Abstract:      Recent years have seen an increasing need to perform complicated documenting work in which document creation and refinement are stacked while performing multiple tasks in parallel, such as referring to existing documents and searching Web pages. To successfully perform this kind of work, it is important to precisely grasp the circumstances and deliverables of past work and use them for later work. In particular, workers often need to recall work processes and relevant documents for which they have only a vague memory. Such recall is difficult because the number of relevant documents increases greatly as the work continues for a long time and becomes more complicated. In this research, we aim to develop methods for organizing documents involved in complicated documenting tasks. By applying these methods, we design a mechanism to support recall of work circumstances. This paper mainly describes a prototype system that accumulates historical data, organizes relevant documents, and visually presents work circumstances to the user.
