Paper Abstract:
|
The purpose of this work is to define an approach to space-time representation of buildings. In regard to this topic,
problems are rather complex: when studying historical buildings, information relating to various states over time is often
contradictory, heterogeneous, uncertain and incomplete. As a consequence, geometrical representation of buildings has to
take into account both the need to visualize the architectural evolutions and to qualify hypothesis by means of a code of
representation. Therefore, information technology development focuses on three aspects: the 3D model structure, the
concept of time and the management of uncertainty. |
