Paper Abstract:      Increase customer loyalty is one of the main pay-backs of ushering customers into the convenience and flexibility of ebanking. As many surveys showed, there is a lower attrition when comparing customers whose profiles differed only with respect to online banking. Over all, for many banks that implement innovative, convenient and secure e-banking services, churn rates have dropped enough but attrition is fact. In this paper we examine e-churners and we focus only in internet banking customers that became inactive. Scope of our work is to define their profile, in order to predict new ones and make anti-attrition actions to reduce the e-churn rate.
