Paper Abstract:
|
This paper presents a program for professional development for teaching staff from rural areas, having as aim the
teaching of more disciplines. The program is unfurled between 2005-2009 and has as main objective the assurance of the
active teachers formation better qualified for all disciplines from the general school, class V-VIII, for pupils with ages 10-
16 from rural areas. At the ODL Department of University of Bucharest the program unfurled for 9 fundamental
specializations from lower secondary education level. |
