IoT and AI are endorsing a historic change in many fields, leading to a smarter world. This also occurs in building
management, where energy consumption, climate control and wellness for people are all factors to ve addressed. In this
work, the smart office solution deployed inside BAXEnergy is introduced. It aims to reduce energy consumption, improve
