Paper Abstract:

With the growing popularity of wireless devices, mobile users are wanting access to information and communications regardless of where they are and what devices they are using. Besides their interest in ubiquitous access to information and communication, people are also interested in having more control over when, where and how this is delivered. This paper describes a personalized information and communication system that is able to intercept, filter, convert and direct communications, thereby giving the user control over the delivery and presentation of information. |
