Paper Abstract:      Mass, multi-channel, network access to information requires a solution of several problems related to proper information delivery, including an important problem of adjusting data presentation to the time, the place, the channels, and the devices used for the delivery. In this paper an Agent Server (AS) is proposed to deal with this problem, especially important for people interchangeably using mobile and stationary devices. The AS system is composed of two parts: the Contents Server and the Presentation Server. These two parts are capable to adjust information format and contents respectively, to the specific requirements of channels, devices, and users. The Contents Server makes running personal software agents, working all the time according to the needs and orders of their owners. The Presentation Server is used to adjust the format of agent's response to the possibilities of the channel and the device that the agent owner is currently using. In this way generating contents is independent from generating formatting information, although, both content and format may be personalized to observe user needs.
