Paper Abstract:
|
The move from a traditional, resource-based model of distance education to a fully blended approach in association with the adoption of a Virtual Learning Environment meaning that all teaching courses were required to have an online presence required Massey University to rethink its approach to quality. The quality enhancement model developed and adopted involved the introduction of a voluntary peer review process. This process was predicated on ownership by the academics, integration with identified domains of teaching excellence, and reflective of scholarly values. |
