Paper Abstract:
|
Applying the patent analysis to generate the potential strategies for information security policy in Taiwan is the major
work of this research. First, patent indacators analysis and text mining on the patent database are utilitized as discovering
methods to form the objective trends. Second, domian knowledge is involved to interpret the trends to the potential
strategies. Finally, those strategis should be easily concluded for Taiwan government to enhance the policy of
information security. |
