Paper Abstract:
|
The world of telecom services, driven by a context of convergence between telecommunications and interoperable
technologies, is moving towards audiovisual content broadcasting, with a trend towards device-independent systems.
Audio, video and data can now be shared in environments combining communications and content consumption. This
paper deals with the conception of a system and innovative interactive functionalities to manage a complex environment
of digital convergence. We do not present that system but an innovative method for designing such a system, as well as
the approach tested, based on participatory design work. |
