Paper Abstract:
|
XML has become a standard to present Web information and to inter/intra business dataflow. In business, it is very critical to produce XML from database information. The commonly database management systems used, are relational systems but nowadays exists other type of systems that allow storage and recover XML information: RDBMS allowed by XML and XML native DBMS. These different source types joined to the distribution of information make difficult to obtain XML. In this work we present in detail the existing tools to obtain XML from relational databases and the main characteristics of allowed XML DBMS. After analyzed these systems, we will propose a solution to improve their deficiencies. |
