Paper Abstract:
|
The aim of this study is to provide a new research framework for the economic evaluation of eHealth innovations by
using system approach and value analysis. It offers stakeholders an explorative method to find the optimal organization
following economic, social and quality of care value creation. It helps them design new process by exploring the link
between resources, activities, indicators and expected values. Method application and main findings are discussed for
EclairAge tele-expertise case study. |
