We can see here and there the benefit of new technologies especially in the broadcast field where everything can be under numeric format. The text information received by all the information channels is from various sources and different languages. Even though the majority is in English we can also find French, German etc. The wires received are in many languages
( Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Russian also Arabic etc.). In this context, the multilingual indexing issue is a crucial point of study. |
