The advent of Internet has changed the way business could be done. E-commerce has impacted business like a tornado. Only those who had the might - both economic and technological could survive and prosper. In such a quick changing global environment SMEs had to face bigger hurdles to safeguard their (if any) e-presence. This is a working paper that argues that key to successful e-transformation of a SME is not only a website presence but a change in business processes as well as an overall strategic change of emphasis in the organization. |
