Paper Abstract:	Segmentation quality is measured by a look of a human or by evaluation methods. Many of them were proposed. Each of them have some typical problems which influences the quality. If we use these algorithms for choosing and setting of a segmentation algorithm for specific task, it is crucial to use high quality evaluation method. This article proposes method how to measure quality and shows the result of a large measurement.
