Paper Abstract:      The purpose of this study is to study E-Government pattern and the relative efficiency at local government under uncertain environment. As measuring and classifying E-Government pattern by relative factors, we render a general drift of E-Government information at local government by MDS and DEA. Specially, DEA shows the relative efficiency of EGovernment by examining the relationship between input and output factors in E-Government information data. Using a DEA, which controls for the accessibility of E-Government’ factors, we derive efficiency scores for each local EGovernment.
