Paper Abstract:      The purpose of this paper is to recheck the results from our previous researches and to confirm the existence of correlation between management style and the development of corporate ICT infrastructure and its adoption in the organizations, which was identified during our earlier work. Soft organizational features, management style among them, affect the organizational design significantly. Their influence on organizational structure is usually indirect, through other factors, such as ICT infrastructure for example. Our survey included 72 Serbian companies from wide range of industries. Data reports included more than 40 quantitative and qualitative indicators that were further analyzed statistically. In order to measure the development of ICT infrastructure in each organization, we used the Composite indicator of ICT infrastructure that we are currently developing. It presents an improved version of Composite Index of ICT Adoption, which was utilized in our previous researches related to this topic. We will also try to expend our observations from corporate to wider, social context.
