Paper Abstract:
|
A lot of research has already been performed in the field of e-service quality and acceptance. However, there is still a gap
between available e-services and percentage of regular internet users on one side and amount of used e-services on the
other side. The purpose of our article is to highlight some problems of existing research activities in e-service domain and
to present some solutions, which could leverage existing research activities to increase e-service adoption. The practical
outcome of this article is a proposal for an ontology based knowledge system, which could reduce the gap between eservice
researchers and e-service practitioners. |
