Paper Abstract:
|
This paper explores an element that is required for a leader by hybrid artificial intelligence systems. To investigate such elements, we utilize Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) and Fuzzy genetic systems. We created training dataset for the hybrid intelligent systems based on our previous studies. After intensive analysis on learning the patterns of a leaders performance by the hybrid systems, we have revealed the following implications: (1) to rely on others makes a positive difference to leaders decision making, whereas (2) to consider how much a leader cares about who complains to whom affects negatively the decision making. |
