Paper Abstract:
|
In this paper we offer a new approach of thinking up the vocational learning process - learning for knowledge work and its presentation system, as a performance-centred task-oriented training system. We will present a two-year project within the European program Leonardo da Vinci. The NPP-Decommission project features well-balanced partnerships in terms of institutions involved, expertise required and countries from different European zones. Partners are seven from four countries. There are two adult education institutions and consultancy involved: one technical university, one institution national authority, and one European authority in the field of nuclear safety and two SMEs producing training simulators. The project is aimed at the design, development and test of Web-based performance support system and training modules for nuclear plants personnel to prepare them for the new work situation - decommissioning of nuclear power units with Russian designed reactors, through making more use of the expertise and experience of various European qualified organisations active in this field. |
