Paper Abstract:
|
Based on the Canadian constitution, school systems are not under federal but rather under provincial jurisdiction. This regional autonomy allows for the development of specific and differentiated support structures for teachers in training and educators according to each province. In this context, this project addresses the integration of a professional development portfolio (e-PDP) for school principals. This integration of e-PDP is part of an official program designed to support the professional development of educators working for Quebecs Ministry of Education, Recreation and Sports, which coordinates, with provincial support, the testing and implementation of an academic support process in the context of a graduate training program at the University of Quebec at Montreal |
