Paper Abstract:
|
Smart environments make a great demand on task modeling notations since the task performance can be influenced by external factors such as the domain objects, the location of actors or device capabilities. This issue is addressed by the Collaborative Task Modeling Language (CTML) which is presented here. Moreover a new component is introduced which allows for specifying functional device capabilities and integrates with CTML specifications via precondition and/or effects. Moreover CTML is embedded in an iterative development methodology driven by refinement which is also examined. |
