Paper Abstract:
|
The recent development of artificial intelligence (AI) ChatGPT applications has been rapidly changing the world. ChatGPT, a language model developed by OpenAI, can play an important role in public health, medicine, education, and many other fields. With its ability to generate human-like text based on large amounts of data, ChatGPT also has the great potential to support individuals and communities in making informed business decisions. To catch the industrial trend, information systems (IS) educators must integrate AI ChatGPT technology into the IS curriculum. The study investigates teaching insight of AI Chatbot with JSON development on the cloud platform in a pedagogical approach. The paper presents the importance of integrating ChatGPT with JSON case projects into the IS curriculum, project framework, and delivery
modules. Unlike most ChatGPT teaching in IS courses, the study of the projects will reveal the insight of AI Chatbot and adequately teach the next digi ta l generations of students to develop them and prepare them for the challenges they will face in their enterprise career development. In the projects, learners gain hands-on experience in developing AI interactive chatbots on the SAP Conversational AI platform. The significant impacts of such research will benefit IS academic researchers, IS educators, and IS students. The presentation will include a demonstration of JSON code utilization in Chatbot development on the SAP Conversational AI platform and a discussion on the important features of business process Chatbot development. |
