Paper Abstract:

In this paper, web accessibility refers to the degree to which web content is accessible to all people. In previous paper, the
website accessibility of eGovernment website showed that no website comply with W3C "priority one" checklist. In this
paper, the researcher will explore the factors that affect the adoption of web accessibility framework in eGovernment
websites. This paper will start by discussing the previous study results that was aimed to explore the web content
accessibility of eGovernment website in Saudi Arabia, then it investigates the issues that make a website accessible and
explores the importance placed on web accessibility with respect to eGovernment websites. Finally, it presents and discus
factors affecting the adoption of web accessibility tools in their websites. |
