Paper Abstract:      This paper is summery of a research project to develop a comprehensive e-readiness assessment method for use in developing countries. Many international organizations conduct e-readiness assessments and many different e-readiness tools exist. These are a particular need to develop a comprehensive e-readiness assessment method directed specifically for use in developing countries. As a result of research already carried out as part of this project, a framework has been created adapting. In this paper the author summaries his study. It has been PhD research being undertaken at the University of East Anglia in the UK.
