Paper Abstract:
|
As a vast number of products have been flooding into the electronic commerce market, it would be almost impossible for customers to consider all the alternatives and make sensible choices. This problem motivates us to investigate the implementation of purchasing assistant for buyers in multi-agent trading settings. Towards this end, we formally define domain knowledge using ontology builder, and compile customers preferences into personal profile. Based on personal profile, our recommendation agents prioritize the products according to their total utilities. In the experiment, it turns out that our recommendation agents properly advise a specific product based on the customers preferences. |
