Paper Abstract:
|
Undertaking tasks plays an important role in usability testing, and is a widely employed technique for ensuring website
usability. This research presents how a tasks design can seriously influence usability testing. It describes two types of
task, the first type is structured, and the second is problematic. The problematic tasks seem to reveal more major or largescale
problems and usability issues, and the structured tasks appear to reveal more minor or superficial problems. |
