Paper Abstract:
|
This article describes handling medical data of psychiatric patients in a healthcare system based on electronic health records. The system provides access both from a mobile device and from a computer, adapting its presentation and functionalities to the possibilities of the device. Data management requires an accurate collecting, a quick data browsing and manipulation, a feasible information exchange, for which is used medical standards (HL7-CDA R2 and DICOM), and a guarantee of information security. The system provides new features improving the common web systems regarding to accessing to camera facilities. |
