Paper Abstract:
|
Training in organizations is an important activity for its survival. Training demands financial resources and time, and not always can be done in practical reproducing real cases. This tends to limit its accomplishment and sometimes, they do not reach their goals. We present a proposal of training design aligned with the organization´s needs based on real histories, and therefore, expressing the application of concepts in practice, promoting the organizational learning. |
