Paper Abstract:

In the last couple of years, there has been a growing concern about the important role that technology should play in the
process of modernization of the financial and banking system. In fact, the impact of the Information and Communication
Technologies on the banking services has received significant attention in several academic and scientific researches due
to their importance to the sectors process reform. Because banks and financial companies have naturally explored the use
of those ICTs in order to increase their profitability, the major point of this study is connected to a review of the literature
in order to analyse the sectors evolution tendencies. |
