Paper Abstract:
|
Internet security governance has been regarded as a systems engineering covering multiple disciplines. Based on the
advances in the fields of complex system theory and spreading dynamics, a four-stage model is introduced as a
systematic approach for the Internet security governance. It points out that the Internet security governance is a
continually improving process including the stages of nodes identification, topology structure analysis, diseases spreading
analysis and security governance. The governance of the harmful information on the Internet is also discussed in this
paper to illustrate the application of the four-stage model. |
