Paper Abstract:
|
Online communities became important places for users to exchange information and build knowledge. As we were interested in being able to find people that can help other people to learn, i.e. reliable people who are those willing to help and provide good answers in such communities. We investigated the components of online communities and users attributes looking for correlation of these characteristics and the user reputation. After that, we proposed a novel method for using artificial neural networks with the users attributes for finding reliable users. The results show that this is a good approach. |
