Paper Abstract:
|
Is it feasible to control the action of a shoal of fish by controlling fish. And utilize native fish ability or capability that applies to underwater observation. This work proposes CyberFish based of FES(Functional Electrical Stimulation). At the beginning, it is thought that necessary to generate the swimming action of fish as the element of the achievement of the control. In this paper, consider that generate the swim is critical factor in the action control of the fish. So, generate undulation that is one of some swimming actions of fish. The aim of this work generates undulation by using electric stimulation used with FES for muscle of fish. Electric stimulation is generated by microcomputer, and electric stimulation pattern is controlled, too. In experiment, set some stimulation points and stimulation patterns and stimulated fishs muscle. As a result of the experiment, we succeeded in confirming undulation of fish. And, we conserved that difference of amplitude at the stimulation positions. We succeeded in swimming fish by generated undulation. |
