Paper Abstract:
|
Several factors affect usability testing processes; tasks and number of users are two of them. Recently, researchers have
shifted their focus to the influence of task design upon usability testing results. This paper aims to examine how different
types of task can affect usability testing results. Two groups of users were selected and each group performed a different
set of tasks. Both groups offered a number of interesting results that could assist usability engineers while preparing a
usability test for dynamic websites. Within the scope of this research, the magic number Five users was considered. |
