Paper Abstract:      This paper presents a novel agent-based bilateral multi-issue negotiation mechanism that works in real-world negotiation conditions. These conditions includes: complex situations and environments in negotiations, incomplete or none information about the opponent’s preferences, time pressure, and limited computational resources existence. Our negotiation mechanism is based on using utility-equivalent offers and with the negotiation progress both of the negotiator’s utility would be improved. Experiments have been conducted to evaluate our corresponding approach performance and the results show the efficiency and the speed of the proposed negotiation model.
