Paper Abstract:
|
The Department of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) at the University of Agder (UiA) in Norway conducted a study to assess and improve the digital competence of teachers. An initial survey was conducted to determine the current level of teachers' digital skills. Based on the findings, an online course was developed and implemented. The primary aim of this research was to evaluate the effectiveness of the online teaching methods and determine if such approaches can support and enhance learning. The results provide insights into the potential of online interventions in teacher education, especially in digital competence. |
